PAYSTUB RI is a new Web-based tool for state employees that are enrolled in direct deposit to access their payroll information via the Internet at www.paystubri.ri.gov

IMPORTANT INFORMATION/DATES:


  1. Employees currently enrolled in direct deposit will be able to register and have access to PAYSTUB RI starting on 09/12/14. You will need your Employee ID for the initial registration. Your unique Employee ID has been printed on your current advice in the Employee ID section.

  2. Employees will still receive the paper advice on the 09/12/14 pay date as well as on the 09/26/14 pay date. After 09/26/14, you will no longer receive your paper advice; however, you always have the option of printing a copy from PAYSTUB RI if you wish.
  3. PAYSTUB RI can be accessed from any device with Internet access. If you do not have Internet access, there are kiosks within the HR service centers that have a desktop link to PAYSTUB RI for your convenience.
  4. If you are not currently enrolled in direct deposit and would like to have access to this service, please contact your agency’s payroll office to complete a direct deposit authorization form.
