On January 26, 2013, members of the Intelligence Unit along with Uniformed Troopers arrested Douglas CRAIN, age 40, of 937 Baillio Drive Virginia Beach, Virginia for Possession of a Controlled Substance - Cocaine and Possession of a controlled substance Amphetamine/ Dextroamphetamine. This was the result of an investigation by members of the Intelligence Unit and a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Providence. Douglas Crain was processed, charged and arraigned at the State Police Lincoln Woods barracks before Justice of the Peace Rogers. Douglas Crain was released from the barracks after posting $1,000.00 surety bail.
