ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Lindsay Ciolfi, age 32, of 164 Regent Avenue, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the East Providence Police Department. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Alton Street in the City of Providence. Subject turned over to 6th District Court.

At 2:30PM, Troopers arrested Chadwick Rodriguez, age: 36 of 4 Cathedral Avenue, #111, Providence, RI for an affidavit arrest warrant out of Pawtucket Police for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Crank or Obscene Phone Calls. Arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on Robin Street in the city of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to Pawtucket Police.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 2:45 PM, Troopers arrested James Washington, age 34, of 500 Plainfield Street, Providence, RI for an active 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear, Ability to Pay on a Resisting Arrest charge that originated with the Woonsocket Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street. Washington was processed and released after posting the cash bail to a Justice of the Peace.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 4:50 PM, Troopers arrested Ramses Baez, age 26, of 36 Miner St. #1 Providence,RI on a 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear/ability to pay on an original possession of a weapon (other than firearms) charge. The arrest was a result of the Attorney General's Office contacting the barracks to advise that the subject was in their office. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing,arraigned and released.
ARREST LOCATION: LINCOLN
At 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Efrain Alvarenga, age 26, of 17 Jenkins Street, Floor 1, New Bedford, MA for Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to Attended Vehicle. Arrest the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident investigation that occurred on 12-29-11 and Alvarenga turning himself into the barracks. Alvarenga was processed, arraigned, and released on $5,000 Personal Recognizance.

At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Edwin Malave, age 22, of 155 Cranston Street #F16, Providence RI for 1.) 6th District Court Warrant for failure to appear for the ability to pay on an original charge of driving on a suspended license by RISP - Scituate, 2.) 6th District Court Warrant for failure to appear for the ability to pay on an original charge of driving without a license by RISP - Lincoln Woods, 3.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant by Warwick PD for Accessing a Computer (ATM) for Fraudulent Purposes to Obtain Money, and 4.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant by East Greenwich PD for Accessing a Computer (ATM) for Fraudulent Purposes to Obtain Money. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Public Street in the City of Providence. Subject was processed and turned over to the ACI – Intake.
