On August 31, 2012, at approximately 6:45 AM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force, arrested David Micallef, age 33, of 736 Social Street, 1st Floor, Woonsocket, RI, as a Parole Violator. Micallef was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Intake Service Center of the Adult Correctional Institutions.
On August 31, 2012, at approximately 8:50 AM, members of the Major Crimes Unit, arrested Joshua Baptista, age 28, of 321 Mendon Avenue, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, RI, as a Fugitive from Justice - Attleboro Massachusetts for Felony Larceny. Mr. Baptista was returned to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and processed. He was later transported to Sixth District Court, where he was arraigned. Baptista waived his rights to extradition and was turned over to the Attleboro Police Department.
