On September 7, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kiplagatt Stewart, age 41, of 132 Oakland Avenue, Providence, RI, with the charges of 1. First Degree Robbery 2. Use of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime of Violence (Robbery) and 3. Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. Kiplagatt was turned over to ATF and West Warwick Police.
