On October 11, 2012, at 6:30 AM, Detectives, arrested Monica Hernandez, age 23, of 65 Trenton Street, Pawtucket, RI, as a Fugitive From Justice out of Massachusetts on a charge of Fraud, as well as a Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for fines on a Suspended License charge. Hernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned in Sixth District Court. Hernandez waived extradition proceedings and was turned over to members of the Massachusetts State Police.

On October 11, 2012, at approximately 6:45 AM, Detectives arrested Kelbis Espaillat, age 33, of 39 Opper St., Providence. He was transported to the State Police Lincoln Barracks for processing and then turned over to officials in Superior Court. Espaillat had an active warrant issued by Providence Superior Court for 32F Violation - Suspended Sentence on an original charge of Carrying a Pistol Without a License.

On October 11, 2012, at approximately 10:30 AM, Detectives arrested Darcy Forbes, age 26, of 48 Shiloh Street, Providence, RI, as a Parole Violator. Forbes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Service Center. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the VFTF.

On October 11, 2012, at approximately 1:15 PM, Detectives arrested Manuel Pagan, age 27, of 104 Sayles Street, Apartment 106, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for receiving stolen goods Over/$1500.00. Mr. Pagan was returned to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed. He was arraigned in 6th District Court in front of Judge William Clifton, bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance.

On October 11, 2012, at approximately 3:30 PM, Detectives arrested Hector L. Bonilla, age 26, of 104 Sayles Street, Apartment 407, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Larceny Over/$1500.00. Mr. Bonilla was returned to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Carl Capozza, bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance.
