At 12:40 AM, Troopers arrested Gilbert Gonzalez, age 35, of 12 Whipple Avenue, North Providence, RI for a 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the original charge of Possession schedule I-V controlled substance originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. 2.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving without/ expired license originating out of the Cranston Police Department. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center.
