On November 27, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Vincent Ricci, age 34, of 47 Morgan Avenue, Johnston, RI, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses over $1,500.00. Ricci was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to Superior Court officials.
