At 9:45am, Troopers, arrested Heriberto Guelen, age 27, of 33 Margaret Street, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for Original Charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of Central Falls Police Department. 2.) Operating with a Suspended License. Guelen was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and then arraigned at Third District Court. Arrest a result of motor vehicle stop on Route 117, in the Town of Coventry.
At 11:03 PM, Troopers, arrested Michael Martin, age 33, of 14 Coddington Street, Newport, RI for a 2nd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Hearing on an original charge of shoplifting out of the Newport Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of North Kingstown. Martin was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
