On Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 1:30PM, a Trooper arrested Carlton Barboza, age 25, of 32 Sackett Street, Providence, RI for Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear – Non Support. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Family Court.
On Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 9:30 PM, Troopers arrested Cleveland Clay, age 25, of 25 Westin Street, Brockton, MA as a Fugitive from Justice for the charge of Aggravated Assault from the Fall River Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Rhode Island Hospital where the subject was arraigned at bedside by a Justice of the Peace.
