At 11:49 PM, Troopers arrested Breiddy Rodriguez, age 18, of 100 Daboll Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Operating With a Suspended License, 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Muksian and later released.
At 12:15 am, Troopers arrested Michelle Bento, age 31, of 114 Warren Avenue, East Providence for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - 1st Offense - BAC >.15%. Phase 1: .165%, Phase 2: .160%. The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting a Department of Environmental Management Officer with a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Bento was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned and released on Personal Recognizance to the custody of a family member.
