At 7:15 PM, Troopers arrested Raymond L. Greene, age 20, of 6 Shoppers Park, Coventry, RI., on a Hope Valley Barracks Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Crank or Obscene Phone Calls. The arrest was the result of a result a Barracks investigation. Mr. Greene was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution after failing to post the required surety bail.
At 11:54 PM, Troopers arrested Rebecca Lavoie, age 32, of 166 Marlborough Street, East Greenwich, RI., for Driving Under the Influence, BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of West Greenwich. Ms. Lavoie was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with her future court dates to the custody of his mother.
At 1:47AM Troopers arrested Angel Rodriguez, age 37, of 36 Candace Street, Providence, RI., on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing, on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Scituate State Police Barracks. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Rodriguez, was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
