On December 12, 2012, members of the Major Crimes Unit arrested Richard J. Correia, age 67, of 258 Randall Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Larceny Over $1500.00. Mr. Correia was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held pending an arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
On December 12, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Christopher Wainwright, age 26, of 12 Rita Street, West Warwick, RI, as a Parole Violator. Mr. Wainwright was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions.
On December 12, 2012, members of the Computer Crimes Unit ICAC Task Force arrested Giuseppe Decaro, age 26, of 314 High Street, Westerly, RI, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Decaro was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Quirk in Fourth District Court and released on $10,000 personal recognizance with special bail conditions to include no contact with children under the age of 18 and no Internet use except for activity related to school or work. Mr. Decaro was also required to turn over his passport to the court.
