On January 5th, at 11:10 AM, Troopers, arrested Christopher R. Nemitz, age 34, of 47 Hemlock Drive, Cranston, RI for a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for cost Review on the charge of Conspiracy, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
On January 5th, at 11:15 AM, Troopers, arrested Daniel Carpenter, age 33, of 32 Anthony Road, Foster, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a charge of Operating with a Suspended License, originating out of the Foster Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
On January 5th, at 2:10 PM, Troopers, arrested Raymond Greene, age 20, of 22 Bealieu Avenue, Jewett City, CT for a Washington County Court Bench Warrant for 46 G/Violation of Bail on the charge of Crank and Obscene Phone Calls originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks. This arrest was the result of an accident investigation on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
On January 5th, at 2:25 PM, Troopers, arrested Jared Pryor, age 26, of 141 Peckham Street, 2nd Floor, New Bedford, MA for Possession of Schedule I-V (Amphetamines). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of The Peace Robinson, and released with a future Third District Court date.
