On Sunday January 6, 2013 At 10:18 AM, Troopers arrested Theodore Burton, age 51, of 189 Tiogue Avenue, Apt. Rear, Coventry, RI for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited, originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks, 2.) Possession of Schedule I-V (Hash Oil), 3.) Driving In Possession of A Controlled substance, and 4.) Fugitive from Justice, originating out of the North Attleboro Police Department on the charge of Burglary. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
On Sunday January 6, 2013 At 2:16 PM, Troopers arrested Peter Gubata, age 32, of 66 Corona Street, Warwick, RI for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Operating on a Suspended License, originating out of Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hillard Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.

Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting, originating out of the Johnston Police Department and 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review for the charge of Felony Conspiracy originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
