On Saturday January 12, 2013, At 7:04 AM, Troopers arrested Jared Bromley, age 28, of 666 Providence Street, 1st Floor, Providence, RI on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure To Appear for Ability To Pay on a charge of Driving Under The Influence of Liquor or Drugs – 1st Offense BAC Unknown originating out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Bromley was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned before JP Chin and released.
On Saturday January 12, 2013, At 11:45 AM, Troopers arrested Paul Noka, age 25, of 915 Ten Rod Road Apartment 1, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Domestic-Disorderly Conduct originating out of the South Kingstown Police Department and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of a Protection Order originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers receiving information of a wanted subjects and a subsequent check of his residence. Noka was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
On Sunday January 13, 2013, At 2:38 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Pomales, age 23, of 72 Gough Avenue, West Warwick, RI on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Pomales was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute-Intake Center.
