On January 17, 2013, a Detective assigned to the ACI charged inmate Benford Britt, age 44, having a last known address of 160 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The North Attleboro Police Department had filed a detainer on Mr. Britt for failure to appear on an original charge of Larceny over $250. Mr. Britt was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan where extradition proceedings were waived. Mr. Britt was remanded to the custody of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

The North Attleboro Police Department had filed a detainer on Mr. Corriveau for failure to appear on an original charge of Larceny over $250. Mr. Corriveau was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan where extradition proceedings were waived. Mr. Corriveau was remanded to the custody of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.
