On January 23, 2013, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jason Mitchner, age 39, of 240 Armstrong Avenue, Warwick, RI, on a Federal Warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of a Weapon (Firearms) and Distribution of Cocaine. Mr. Mitchner was turned over to authorities at the Federal Courthouse in Providence.
