On Thursday January 24, 2013, At 10:10 AM, a Trooper arrested David Tigue, age 28, of 891 Cranston Street, Cranston, RI for Duty To Stop – Accident Resulting In Damage To Attended Vehicle. Arrest was the result of a 911 call made to the Wickford Barracks reporting a Hit and Run motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 95 South, in the City of Warwick, and a subsequent investigation. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned at Third District Court.
