On January 25, 2013, members of the Major Crimes Unit arrested Frank Perry, age 55, of 34 Parkside Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for violation of community supervision. Mr. Perry was returned to the State Police Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed. He was transported to Third District Court, where he was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Houlihan. Bail was set at $1000.00 personal recognizance.
On January 25, 2013, Detectives charged inmate Shayne Barnes, age 34, having a last known address of 7 Platt Street, Bristol, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Seekonk Police Department had filed a detainer on Mr. Barnes for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Larceny over $250. Mr. Barnes was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Mr. Barnes was remanded to the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

The Seekonk Police Department had filed a detainer on Mr. Moscarelli for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Larceny over $250. Mr. Moscarelli was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Mr. Moscarelli was remanded to the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

The Taunton Police Department had filed a detainer on Mr. Lopez for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. Mr. Lopez was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Mr. Lopez was remanded to the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.
