On January 29, 2013, members of the Detective Division arrested Robert Greer, age 31, of 690 Lafayette Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Fourth District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for an ability to pay fines hearing; 2) Conspiracy; 3) Two counts of Larceny from a Person; and 4) Two counts of 2nd-Degree Robbery. Mr. Greer was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks and held overnight at State Police Headquarters pending an AM arraignment in Third District Court.
