On Wednesday Janaury 30, 2013,At 1:34 PM, a Trooper arrested Luis Gonzalez, age 29, of 266 North Road, Hopkinton, RI on a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving With A Suspended License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks . The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Baker Street, in the City of Warwick. Subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to Fourth District Court.
