Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:53 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Andino, age 47, of 1451 Broad Street, Cranston, RI for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Newport Police Department 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Bristol Police Department. The arrest was the result of the barracks receiving a call from the Capitol Police at the Division of Motor Vehicles regarding Mr. Andino. Mr. Andino was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.

At 10:15 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph B. Northup, age 23, of 102 Florence Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the initial charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Putnam Street in the City of Providence. Northup was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending a morning Sixth District Court arraignment.

At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Philip Fernandez, age 22, of 138 Ledge Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Pre-Trial Conference on the initial charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Fernandez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed before he was turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
