On Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM, Detectives charged William R. Duclos, age 28, of lka: 14 Branch Avenue Apartment #2 Cranston, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Inmate Duclos was wanted by the North Attleboro Police Department for 1.) Breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, 2.) Larceny from building. Inmate Duclos was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Inmate Duclos was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.
On Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM, Detectives charged Abdul-Qadeer Mujahid-Evora, age 43, of lka: 26 Anchor Street Providence, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Virginia. Inmate Mujahid-Evora was wanted by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office for violation of probation on an original charge of Robbery. Inmate Mujahid-Evora was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Inmate Mujahid-Evora was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Virginia authorities.
