At 2:15 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Henderson, age 33, of 24 Maple Avenue North Providence, RI for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown; 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test; 3.) Possession of Marijuana; and, 4.) Possession of Cocaine. Arrest was the result of motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 295 North in the Town of Johnston. Subject was processed at Headquarters then arraigned by JP Pelletier then released to his father.
