On Wednesday February 13, 2013, At 4:00 PM, a Trooper arrested Kyle Rodriguez, age 28, of 6A Rockland Road, Narragansett, RI on a 4th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Shoplifting from the South Kingstown Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center.
On Wednesday February 13, 2013, At 7:40 PM, a Trooper arrested Wayne Samuelian, age 45, of 22 Lawn Avenue, Pawtucket, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Shoplifting from the Cranston Police Department. Arrest was the Result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later Released by a Justice of the Peace after posting the required surety bail.
On Wednesday February 13, 2013,At 7:40 PM, a Trooper arrested Stacey Martin, age 43, of 22 Lawn Street, Pawtucket, RI on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing Violation Restitution on the original charge of Welfare Fraud from the Department of the Attorney General. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Woman's Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
On Wednesday February 13, 2013, At 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Jamere M. Wilkins, age 35, of 28 Gibbs Avenue Apartment 1, Newport, RI on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the original charge of Man/Del/Possession with Intent Schedule I/II. Arrest was the result of checking a road walker on Adam Kalbfus Road in the city of Newport. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
On Thursday February 14, 2013, At 12:05 AM, Troopers ) arrested Jon Norman, age 37, of 136 Briggs Street, 2nd floor, Providence, RI for 1.) Reckless Driving and 2.) Driving Without a License. The arrest was the result of Troopers observing the subject operating at a high rate of speed resulting in a motor vehicle accident (13RIK2-99-AC) on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held for morning arraignment.
