On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 10:10 AM, a Trooper arrested Maxilliano Ayala, age 29, of 189 Carlton Street, Cranston, RI, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substances originating from the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.
On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 3:45PM, Troopers arrested Ken K. Woodward, age 27, of 54 Lake Shore Drive, Hopkinton, MA, for: 1. Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs First Offense BAC Unknown, 2. Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released on Personal Recognizance to a family member.
On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Devon King, age 28, of 128 Bourdon Boulevard, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for: 1.) Domestic Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment, 2.) Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment, 3.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating from the Woonsocket Police Department and 4.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Technical Violation of Probation on the original charge of Violation of Restraining Order originating from the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by a Trooper at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and a subsequent arrest by troopers responding to a residence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 8:30 PM, a Trooper arrested Brian Martinez, age 21, of 27 Lavaughen Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Simple Assault originating from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers checking a disabled motor vehicle on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 12:40 AM, Troopers arrested Nancy Aquino, age 25, of 4 Cleveland Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the initial charge of Driving with Suspended License originating from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prairie Street in the City of Providence. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released after posting the required cash bail.
