Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Friday, February 14, 2013, at 8:19 AM, a Trooper arrested William E. Iannotti, age 47, of 16 Webber Avenue, Cranston, RI, for being a Fugitive From Justice for the charge of Larceny that originated from the North Attleboro Massachusetts Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Mr. Iannotti was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Friday, February 14, 2013, at 12:50 PM, a Trooper arrested Michael Duffy, age 32, of 5 High Point Avenue, North Smithfield, RI, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on the charge of Driving Under the Influence originating from the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 West, in the City of Providence. Mr. Duffy was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then transported to the Sixth Division District Court.

On Friday, February 14, 2013, at 6:00 PM, a Trooper arrested Latoya Ledo, age 31, of 65 Salmon Street, Providence, RI, on a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment. This arrest was the result of the Department of Corrections contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks regarding a visitor with an active warrant at the John J. Moran Medium Security Building. Ms. Ledo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.

On Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 3:55 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Sanchirico, age 53, of 598 Reservoir Avenue, Cranston, RI, for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 2nd Offense, 3.) Reckless Driving and 4.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident involving a wrong-way driver on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
