On Friday February 15, 2013 at 11:05 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Moreau, age 21, of 2013A New London Turnpike, Coventry on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hazard Street in the Town of Coventry. Mr. Moreau was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Third Division District Court.
At 1:41 AM Troopers arrested Samantha Silvia, age 29 of 25 Imperial St, Cranston, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2) Driving with a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Ms. Silvia was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with future court dates.
