On August 13, 2019, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Nathan L. Filion, age 28, of 74 Old Orchard Avenue, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Marijuana; 2) Possession of Marijuana in Excess of 5 kilogram; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Psilocybin/Mushrooms; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Butane Honey Oil (BHO); 5) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance Mushrooms; 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; and 7) Three (3) counts of Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation. Mr. Filion was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division Court.

Lima, age 29, of 6 Lincoln Avenue, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Marijuana; 2) Possession of Marijuana in Excess of 5 kilogram; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Psilocybin/Mushrooms; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance Butane Honey Oil (BHO); 5) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance Mushrooms; and 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Lima was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division Court.

On August 13, 2019, members of the Major Crimes Unit arrested Brittney C. Russell, age 33, of 69 Erastus Street, 1st Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for one (1) felony count of Obtaining Money by False Pretenses. Ms. Russell was processed and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment, where she appeared before the Honorable Judge Christopher Smith. No plea was entered, and Ms. Russell was released on $10,000 personal recognizance.
