At 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Van Segarra, age 45, of 159 Greeley Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector. Segarra was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Alyssa Lambert, age 22, of 15 Nestor Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Lambert was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
