The Providence County Grand Jury today handed up an indictment naming Goring Matthews on one count of murder. It is alleged that Matthews murdered Richard Kilburn on or about Sept. 7, 2009, in Providence. Providence Police conducted the investigation. Matthews will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Nov. 18, 2009.

Terrence Madden, DOB: 7/6/64 116 Webster Avenue Providence, RI P1/2009-3200A

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment today naming Terrence Madden on one count of burglary. It is alleged that Madden committed burglary of a dwelling house in Providence on or about March 6, 2009. Providence Police conducted the investigation. Madden will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Nov. 18, 2009.

Dariel Martinez, DOB: 1/15/92 131 Morin Heights Boulevard Woonsocket, RI P1/2009-3201A

The Providence County Grand Jury today handed up an indictment naming Dariel Martinez on one count of first-degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about June 17, 2009, Martinez sexually assaulted a victim in the first degree. The alleged incident occurred in Woonsocket. Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Martinez, a juvenile, was waived out of Family Court after Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch filed a waiver motion with the court. The defendant will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Nov. 18, 2009.
