The Statewide Grand Jury handed up a secret indictment yesterday, Oct. 26, naming Kevin Lenk on three counts of first-degree robbery and one count of conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about Dec. 23, 2006, Lenk robbed three victims in the first degree. It is alleged that on or about that same date, Lenk conspired to do an unlawful act, to wit, commit first-degree robbery. All of the alleged incidents took place in Warwick. Warwick Police conducted the investigation. After screening the case, the Attorney General’s Office presented it to the grand jury, resulting in the secret indictment. “Secret” refers to the fact that neither an arrest nor a District Court complaint generated the indictment. Lenk, who is currently held without bail at the ACI as a probation violator of a previous conviction, will be arraigned in Kent County District Court on Nov. 13, 2009.

NATALIE R. REVENS, DOB: 9/25/90 10 Bradford Avenue Warwick, RI 02818 K1-2009-0627A The Statewide Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, Oct. 26, naming Natalie R. Revens on two counts of driving under the influence, with serious bodily injury resulting, and two counts of driving to endanger, with serious bodily injury resulting. It is alleged that on or about March 29, 2009, Revens operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, with her operation of the vehicle causing serious bodily injury to two victims. It is alleged that on or about that same date, Revens operated a vehicle in reckless disregard of the safety of others, with serious bodily injury of two victims ensuing as a proximate result of the operation of the vehicle. All of the alleged incidents took place in East Greenwich. East Greenwich Police conducted the investigation. She will be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on Nov. 20, 2009.

DAVID TINEO AKA JOHNNY TINEO, DOB: 5/8/74 573 Union Avenue Providence, RI 02909 P1-2009-3169A The Statewide Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, Oct. 26, naming David Tineo, also known as Johnny Tineo, on one count of first-degree murder. It is alleged that Tineo murdered Ingrid Gonzalez in the first degree on or about July 5, 2009, in Providence. Providence Police conducted the investigation. Tineo, who is currently held without bail at the ACI, will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Nov. 2, 2009.
