At 11:40 AM, Troopers arrested Lisa Vasquez for the following: 1) Fugitive from Justice from the Attleboro PD (Massachusetts) for Larceny, and 2) 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear for Loitering for indecent purposes. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bridgham Street in city of Providence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at 6th District Court.

At 12:55, Troopers arrested Gregory Pennisten, age 26, of 42 Willow Street, Apartment #1, Providence for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Adderall) 2.) Malicious Damage to Property 3.) Resisting Arrest, 4.) Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Pennisten was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending a morning arraignment. Arrest was the result of Troopers observing Pennisten throw a rock through a window at the RI Catholic Office of Community Service at 184 Broad Street and subsequent foot pursuit.
