On Friday October 30, 2009, ACI Detectives charged inmate Janusz Zienkiewicz, age 49, of lka: 12 Thornton Ave., in Smithfield, RI with Soliciting another to Commit a Crime. Arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by ACI Detectives. No plea was entered at arraignment and Zienkiewicz was remanded to the Intake Service Center where he is currently awaiting trial on related charges.
On Friday October 30, 2009, ACI Detectives charged Ernest Shelton, age 24, of 115 Sacred Heart Ave., Central Falls, RI for Violation of a Protective Order -3rd Subsequent Domestic Offense. Arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by ACI Detectives. Judge LaFazia set bail at $5000 w/ personal recognizance and remanded Shelton to the ACI where he is serving on unrelated charges.
