On Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 2:50pm trooper arrested Wayne Lemire age 58 0f 22 Fletcher St Central Falls for a 6th District court warrant for Failure to Appear on a Suspended License out of Cumberland Police. Arrest result of motor stop on Route 146.Party transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing then taken to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 5:00pm, trooper arrested Kevin P. Stromberg, age 22 of 29 Hereford Street in Providence for possession of marijuana. This was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Division Street in Providence. Stromberg was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, then arraigned by Justice of the Peace and released.

At 1:00 AM, Troopers Richardson and Donahue arrested Jeremy W. Forstadt, age 44, of 15 Williams Street Pawtucket for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, phase 1: .175; phase 2: .177 and 2.) Operating on a Suspended License. Arrest the result of motor vehicle stop Frost Street in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held pending morning arraignment.

At 6:20AM, Trooper J.Brown arrested Robert Wray, age 24 of 40 Dover Avenue, East Providence, RI For 1) Sixth District Court Capias-Failure to Appear-Ability to Pay-Simple Assault. Result of motor vehicle stop Route 195 in Providence. Subject returned to Lincoln Barracks then turned over to the Adult Correctional Facility-Intake.
