At 12:06 AM, Troopers arrested Fred C. Annicelli, Jr., age 57, of 134 Prospect Avenue, North Kingstown, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase 1 BAC = .157; Phase 2 BAC = .156). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road. Annicelli was transported to the barracks, processed, arraigned, and released to the custody of a friend pending a future court date.
