At 6:00PM Troopers arrested Victor Mercado age 20 of 56 Maple Avenue, West Warwick for a District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Domestic Simple Assault. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Route 95 North at exit 6a for two males searching for a lost item. Subject was arraigned at the barracks before a Justice of the Peace and released after posting cash bail.

At 11:40PM Troopers arrested Meixia Huang age 22 of 301 Richy Road, Roanoke, Texas on a Federal Warrant, Immigration Violation for 1.) Conspiracy to Commit Marriage Fraud and 2.) Aiding and Abetting Marriage Fraud. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 south at exit 3. Subject was transported to ACI Women’s Intake pending custody of US Marshals in the morning.
