At 10:10 am Trooper arrested Oswaldo De La Cruz Lopez, age 35, of 264 Laurel Hill Avenue #1 Providence, RI for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods under $500 (license plates) and 2.) Operating on a Suspended License (out of state, NC). Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sorrento Street in the City of Providence. De La Cruz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Iuliano and released.

At 12:05pm Troopers arrested Palermo,Christopher age 25 of 32 Camelia Dr Cranston for a 3rd District court warrant for Failure to Appear on a Suspended License out of Warwick Police Department. Arrest result of motor vehicle stop on Cranston St in Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing then taken to the Intake Service Center.

At 12:30pm Trooper arrested Donnell Oliviera age 26, of 48 Sackett Street Providence for a 6th District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for arraignment for a Violation of a Protection Order. Arrest result of motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing then taken to the Intake Service Center.

At 2:20 pm Troopers arrested Michael O’Hagan, age 42, of 182 Cumberland Street #29 Woonsocket, RI for 1.) Parole Board warrant for violation of his parole. The arrest was the result of information received at the Barracks and subsequent investigation by Trooper J. Brown. O’Hagan was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Intake Service Center.

At 11:55PM, Troopers arrested Jose Pacheco, age 60, of 904 Waterman Avenue, East Providence, RI for 1) Driving While Intoxicated Phase I. 127 Phase II. .120. Result of motor vehicle stop Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject arraigned before the Justice of the Peace and released to a family member.
