At 9:35 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher E. Menta, age 41, of 106 Old Mountain Trail, Richmond for 1) DUI (3rd offense), 2) Chemical test Refusal (2nd offense), and 3) OSL. The arrest was the result of two 911 calls for a possible intoxicated operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in Richmond. Menta was held overnight pending arraignment at 4th District Court.

At 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested James Fournier, age 46, of 1400 Main Street, West Warwick for Possession of Cocaine. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of Coventry. Mr. Fournier was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and held overnight pending an AM arraignment at Third District Court.
