At 2:38PM, Troopers arrested Juan Quino-Morales, age: 44 of 131 Wendell Street, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court warrant for FTA for Arraignment on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of East Providence PD. Arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on Ellery Street in the city of Providence. The subject was transported to the barracks for processing and later TOT ACI Intake Center.

At 6PM, Troopers arrested Amanda VanPelt, age 21,of 5 Miller Circle in Johnston for 1. Assault, 2. Resisting Arrest, 3. Obstruction. Arrest was the result of an incident atSixth DC. Subject was transported to SPLW, processed and arraigned in front of JP Finnegan before being released.

At 11:10 PM, Troopers arrested Eric Munoz, age 41, of 143 Hedley Avenue, Central Falls for 1.) Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving on a Suspended License 2.)Fugitive from Justice NCIC Warrant out of NY Police Department for a Parole Violation 3.) Obstruction. Munoz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending a morning arraignment. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop Hedley Avenue.

At 1:45 A.M., Troopers arrested Emmanuel Amadiz, age 21, of 116 Miller Avenue, Providence for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Public Street. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending a morning arraignment.

At 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Arnaldo Flores, age 26, of 1659 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston for 1.) Obstruction, 2.) OSL, and 3.) 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for ATP on the original charge of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwood Street in the City of Providence. Flores was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held pending morning arraignment.
