At 4:30 PM Trooper arrested Eddy A. Saine, age 27, of 14 Union Street, Lincoln for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear, Ability to pay on a charge of Operating on a Suspended license from Pawtucket Police. Arrest was the result of Trooper Ruggiero responding to the State BCI Office in Providence for a call for a wanted person. Saine was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks were he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 11:00PM Troopers arrested Monica Y Buwee, age 25, of 210 Ocean Street, Providence Rhode Island for 1) Sixth District Court Capias-Failure to Appear-Arraignment- Operating Suspended License -State Police Chepachet. Result of a motor vehicle stop Route 95 in the city of Providence. Subject processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Facility-Woman’s Intake.
