On November 15, 2009 at 2:40 PM, Troopers arrested Diane Nicoletti, age 43, of 98 Eastwood Ave, Providence, RI for 1) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Violation Hearing on a Conspiracy charge out of the Coventry Police Department 2) 3rd District Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Violation Hearing on a Felony Shoplifting charge out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Nicoletti was transported to Headquarters for processing, and turned over to the Woman’s ACI Intake Center.
At 4:40 PM, Troopers arrested Oscar Lee, age 27, of 43 Health Ave, Providence, RI for 1) Superior Court Warrant for a 32F filed for a Violation of Suspended Sentence on a Man/Del/Poss Sch. I-II charge out of the Providence Police Department 2) 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay on a Resisting arrest charge out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Lee was transported to Headquarters for processing, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center.
At 1:30AM, Troopers arrested Allan Pacheco, age 30, of 851 Atwells Avenue, Providence, RI for a: 1) Third District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for Driving Without a License; and, 2) Driving Without a License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue. The subject was processed and held overnight pending AM arraignment.
