On November 16, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Harold Guerrero, age 29, at 276 Hunt Street 2-R, Central Falls, RI. Guerrero was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment on a charge of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle Parts. Guerrero was also wanted on a District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Possession of Weapon/Not Firearm. Guerrero was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.

Irizarry was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation of Probation on a charge of Possession of Narcotics. Irizarry was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.
