On November 16, 2009 At 10:00 AM, Trooper arrested Juan F. Figuereo, age 49, of 26 Gallatin Street, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Arraignment on a Suspended License charge out of the RISP Lincoln Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Figuereo was transported to Headquarters for processing, and turned over to 6th District Court.
At 1:30PM, Trooper arrested Andy Mercedes, age 27, of 98 Laban Street in Providence for a 6th District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford avenue in Providence. Mercedes was transported to Headquarters for processing, and turned over to 6th District Court.
At 7:00 PM, Trooper arrested Johnny Napolitano, age 29, of 61 March Street, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay on a Simple Assault charge out of the Central Falls Police Department. Napolitano was transported to Headquarters for processing, and released after posting bail to a Justice of the Peace.
At 2:00 AM Troopers arrested Carlos Ocasio, age 21, of 174 Camp Street Providence for a 6th District Court Warrant for ability to pay for driving on a suspended license charge out of Providence PD. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Ocasio was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the ACI-Intake Center.
