At 1:35AM, Troopers arrested Jacquine Vita, age 27, of 18 Bedlow Avenue, Newport, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol- 1st phase BAC # .133%, 2nd phase BAC # .136%. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway, in the City of Newport. Vita was transported to the Portsmouth Barracks, processed, and misdemeanor released into the custody of her roommate.
