On November 18, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kevin Wetherbee, age 31, at 36 Marybeth Avenue, Warwick, RI. Wetherbee was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on a charge of Embezzlement. Wetherbee was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.
On November 18, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joseph H. LeClair, age 44, at 21 Sayles Street, Warwick, RI. LeClair was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on a charge of Assault on Person Over 60, as well as a District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Suspended Licence charge. LeClair was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.

Martin was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on a charge of Possession/Manufacturing/Delivery of Narcotics. Martin was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.
