At 2:30 PM Troopersarrested Antonio A. Decosta, age 21, of 33 Carriage Way, North Providence on the charge of Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on a Possession of Marijuana charge originating from the Providence Police Department. Arrest result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Hopkinton. Subject was arraigned at the barracks before a Justice of the Peace and released after posting cash bail.
At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Marcelino A. Hernandez, age 23, of 102 Cowden Street, Apt 3, Central Falls on an Immigration and Custom Enforcement Warrant of Deportation. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Richmond. Subject turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the morning.
At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Jose A. Garcia, age 37, of 6 Terrace Avenue, Providence on the charges of: 1.) Forgery / Counterfeiting / Altering Trade Marks 2.)Piracy Record without Owner Consent 3.) Operating on a Suspended License. This arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on route 95 North in Richmond. Subject held pending arraignment in 4th Division Court.
