Driving Under the Influence, 1st Offense: 1st Phase .122, 2nd Phase .104. This arrest was the result of several 911 calls to the Wickford Barracks reporting an erratic operator on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released on Personal Recognizance.

Checrallah, age 48, of 6101 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - First Offense : Phase 1 .111, Phase 2 .112. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Boston Neck Road in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned and released on Personal Recognizance to the custody of a friend.
