At 9:00 AM, members of the High Intensity Drug Task Force arrested Joselito Narvaez, age 31, of 15 Summit Street, Central Falls for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. Subject was arraigned in 6th DC where he was ordered held w/out bail.
At approximately 11:30 AM, members of the Computer Crimes Unit arrested Josh Manchester, age 26, of 115 Lynch Street, Providence, Rhode Island on the charge of Indecent Solicitation of a Child. Arrest result of a joint investigation by the Providence Police Sex Crimes Unit and the Rhode Island State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Subject was arraigned in 6th District Court before Judge Higgins and released on P/R with special conditions.
On November 20, 2009, a member of the Detective Bureau charged inmate William D. Davis, age 50, of LKA 46 Eddy Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, as a fugitive from the State of New York. At arraignment, Davis waived extradition and was remanded to the Intake Center to await New York authorities.
On November 20, 2009, a member of the Detective Bureau charged inmate Kellie Valeros, alias Vieira, age 40, of LKA 6 Pequot Street, Providence, Rhode Island as a fugitive from the State of Massachusetts. At arraignment, Valeros waived extradition and was remanded to the Intake Center to await Massachusetts authorities.
